Frozen NMP recovery unit
Using cooling water and chilled water coils to condense NMP from the air, and then achieving recovery through collection and purification. The recovery rate of frozen solvents is greater than 80% and the purity is higher than 70%. The concentration discharged into the atmosphere is less than 400PPM, which is safe, reliable, and cost-effective; The system configuration includes: heat recovery device (optional), pre cooling section, pre cooling section, post cooling section, and recovery section; The control mode can be selected from PLC, DDC control, and process linkage control; High degree of automation; Each recycling device is designed with an automatic control system and interlocking system to ensure safe production and smooth operation of the coating machine and recycling device.
Rotary NMP recovery unit
This device is commonly used for recycling N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) produced in the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries. During the recycling process, high-temperature organic waste gas first passes through a heat exchanger to recover some heat and reduce the temperature of the waste gas; Further pre cooling through cooling coils to condense organic waste gas and recover a small amount of condensate; Then, after passing through the freezing coil, the temperature of the organic waste gas is further reduced, and more condensed organic solvents are recovered; To ensure environmental emissions, the organic waste gas is finally concentrated through a concentration wheel to meet environmental requirements for the exhaust gas emitted into the atmosphere. At the same time, the regenerated and concentrated exhaust gas is transferred to the refrigeration coil for condensation circulation. After the appeal cycle, the concentration of exhaust gas emitted into the atmosphere can be less than 30ppm, and the recovered organic solvents can also be reused, saving costs. The recovery rate and purity of the recovered liquid are extremely high (recovery rate greater than 95%, purity greater than 85%), and the concentration discharged into the atmosphere is less than 30PPM,
The control mode can be selected from PLC, DDC control, and process linkage control; High degree of automation; Each recycling device is designed with an automatic control system and interlocking system to ensure safe production and smooth operation of the coating machine and recycling device.
Spray NMP recovery unit
The washing solution is atomized into small droplets through a nozzle and evenly sprayed downwards. The dusty gas enters from the lower part of the spray tower and flows upwards from bottom to top. The two come into contact in reverse flow, and the collision between dust particles and water droplets causes them to condense or agglomerate, greatly increasing their weight and settling down by gravity. The captured dust settles by gravity in the storage tank, forming a high solid concentration liquid at the bottom and regularly discharged for further treatment. Part of the clarified liquid can be recycled, and together with a small amount of supplementary clear liquid, it enters the spray tower through a circulating pump from the top nozzle for spray washing. This reduces the consumption of liquid and the amount of secondary sewage treatment. The purified gas after spray washing is discharged from the top of the tower after removing small liquid droplets carried by the gas through a demister. The recovery efficiency of N-methylpyrrolidone in the system is ≥ 95%, the recovery concentration of N-methylpyrrolidone is ≥ 75%, and the emission concentration of N-methylpyrrolidone is less than 40PPM.
